We have had a couple of more food trucks blow through the Aerohive parking lot at lunch time over the past couple of weeks. First came the WOW truck giving the Hivesters’ taste buds an explosion of flavor.
The Yelp! reviews on this one were really good, so we decided to give it a try ... and they did not disappoint. The WOW truck serves up traditional Filipino silog style meals with a modern day spin. Some menu highlights:
Several of us thought long and hard before settling on the Savory Silog, while Deven was sold on Spam and Eggs!
Next up: Arabian Bites Mediterranean Cuisine Gourmet Food Truck. That was yesterday, and boy was it gooo-ood. Beef Kabobs, Chicken Kabobs, Hummus or tzatziki served with pita bread ... Greek Taco! And all of these items for under ten bucks.
